I had a great experience here. My tatoo came out great. They even repaired my other tatoo that was done poorly at another place. Thank you guys!

If you are truly unhappy call and speak to the owners, the are very nice people and will take care of any issues you have.

These guys are great! I cornered the owners in Hy Vee and asked them if they could still ink me with my psoriasis (I had three tats prior to developing symptoms). They said it wouldn't be a problem, they even have an artist who has psoriasis! I did a walkin with a fairly new artist (less than a year) who said he wouldn't mark over my spots, which I found respectable. He did an amazing job (my favorite so far!!!), and both he and the owners assured me if I had healing problems I could come in and talk to the artist who had my same issue. I am infinitely grateful for the people at this shop.

PS...I have also had some piercings done by Melanie (one of the owners), and she is also amazing, through my psoriasis and before. I trusted her enough to take my three year old daughter to get her ears pierced. When my daughter cried after the first one Melanie told me to bring her back to get the second when SHE was ready, and the second piercing would only be charged at the total two piercing rate (single ear piercing $15, double $25...she would only charge $10 for the second). It took my daughter nearly seven months to want to do the second ear, and Mel still honored her word. My daughter's other ear was pierced for only $10, spray included. Once again, they are good, honest people.
