Michael's Clean Sweep

Mike is a great guy. He was referred to me by my brother-in-law who had nothing but great things to say about him and his work. He had Mike work on his fireplace in his first house as well as his current home. I have referred him to numerous friends as well who have said great things about him. We had him replace/repair our fireplace with a new liner, dampner, everything. It was a lot of work and the price was very reasonable. He finished it in a day even though he had to leave to get a different size liner. Very pleasant to work with. It's such a relief to deal with good merchants and sevice as it seems such a rarity these days. People like Mike should be commended.

I'm one happy customer...: After an initial negative impression from the first visit by a now "former" employee, the owner came out bid the job - explained everything that needed to be done in great detail - including what materials would be best for our situation and all our options. He performed the work himself with a helper, was on time, detailed extactly what he was doing, what problems he encountered, how he would work around them. When he was done, there was not a spot of dirt anywhere and you could barely tell that they had been there. Our puppy even like them! I could not be happier with the result.

Below is the initial review that I entered after the negative first impression. For Mike to come out and reverse our opinion and actually make us happy says alot! And on top of all that he was one of the lowest bids! I would seek him out first for any future work and will be referring others to them.

- Our realitor scheduled a cleaning/inspection - technician was 1.5 hours late, no call (had our cell phone number with order) and no answer when we called the office. not the friendliest cleaner and did not do a complete job on the second chimney... we got an estimate for repairs from them but are looking elsewhere.. .
