They will rip you off and bad mouth customers in your presence and will not allow you to pass inspection without fixing something that isnt required. You'll find that out when you go to the DMV. Oh yea and that is an employee with the 1st review. lol

I do NOT work at this shop. I LOVE THEIR SERVICE!! I am new to Missouri and the inspections that are required the last two years cost me over 3 grand when I went to dealerships. Jerry's auto does the inspection and only requires what is needed to pass the states laws! NO EXTRA NOT REALLY NEEDED EXPENSES! I LOVE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

I made an appointment AND gave them my keys, come time to pick up my car, nothing had been done. I talk with the owner/manager and he stated that he was unaware of my car. Even though I had made the appointment through him, and the car was parked right in front of the door.
Also take note the positive review for this buissness is an employee of the shop

Excuse me, I DO NOT work at his shop, nor have I ever. Check my background. I've been working at DST for 13 years, thank you very much. At least when Jerry's is done with the car, they don't give you a list of $800 worth of other stuff that needs to be done, which is what Firestone is famous for...perhaps you work for Firestone?
