User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsRepairman said I needed flashing replaced and he did but chimneys still leaked and he told me I needed chimneys repaired and I did but it is still leaking and water is going into my living room. They willl not come out and repair and this has gone on for several weeks with all the heavy rain. They will not return my calls or give me back my money. They do not stand by their warranty. My roof leaks more than it did with the old flashing. The first response I got from repairman was that it was not due to his work and he never came out to even look at. manger will not even return my call from last week. theyonly want your money.

I had a bad experience with Nugent Brothers. The wrong siding was installed on my home, and when they finally installed the correct siding, the paint did not match my home's paint as I had requested. It took me over 4 weeks to get the job done correctly. And I finally had to call another company to repair it, and it only took them a weekend to do the work. I would not recommend Nugent Brothers Roofing to anyone.
