    Customer Beware,
    Heppe's in Charleston is a company that will
    gladly tow your vehicle without your authorization or permission and then try to charge you big bucks to get it out of their
    'security' fence. They are probably in cahoots with the local law enforcement...
    ask around and you'll easily find someone
    who's been 'had' by these people. Don't let
    them get their paws on anything you own.
    Ask the local law officers if they've ever
    had complaints against this towing company
    and see if they take up for them...
    This company has said they don't owe the
    customer 'anything' and they have refused to
    give receipts, towing bills, and the legally required documents that tow companies are supposed to file. Be wise and stay
    away from Heppe's.
