We went to Reasonable Auto Repair after moving to the Belton, MO area because of the decent reviews online and were greatly dissapointed. My roommate, a 24 year old woman from out of state who took her vehicle there for repairs and was treated terribly. After waiting for two hours she was charged $70 and told they did not know what was wrong and did not have time to look at it any longer that day. When she questioned this she was made fun of 'as a girl not knowing cars' and told to take her sweet face home and come back another day because they were closing.

Not only was she treated poorly, she was charged for nothing (they looked at the car for 30 minutes after making her wait over an hour in the heat). They were not any help at all, over charged and did not fix the vehicle while disrespecting a young woman during the entire event.

I suppose they may be resonable if you are a friend they have known for 10 years but the actions and lack of results has shown us otherwise. Avoid this place and take your vehicle to a reputable repair shop that will treat you with respect AND fix your vehicle.

Dave has been great everytime we have used him. My family has been going to him for over ten years and we've never been disappointed. It is nice to have an honest and reasonably priced mechanic.
