Great Value: Taco Bell is a great fast food franchise already, with some very low prices, great service, and a number of large food items. The food selection is quite nice; there are many things to choose from.

Mistakes are only occasionally made, but I gave service 5 stars because EVERY time I've ever had a problem, they have bent over backwards to rectify it. One time they forgot the extra sour cream and guacamole on my Mexican Pizza (I customize mine) and when I called to let them know, the manager gave me a completely free Mexican Pizza with those added on my next visit. Another time, they forgot one burrito in a large order. I was provided with not one, but *two* free burritos on my next visit. Mistakes are inevitable...it's how you handle the situation afterward that shows your true character. This Taco Bell is a class act in that respect.

The food prices on a number of items is slowly climbing. I'm sure this is mostly due to gas prices inflating ridiculously. I've never known them to ever raise so many items at once, even only a dime each. This is beyond their control, because they still have to profit! I'd rather pay the extra dime and my food continue to be here. ;)

And, of course, the service is great. Not just correcting errors, but also every time I visit I am treated well. I am a regular, and most of the employees and all the managers know me, but before I became a regular they were still courteous and helpful. I've never had a problem with the staff, and I've seen them treating every other customer with dignity and respect as well.

Overall, I give it 4.5 stars, but it only allows either 4 or 5 to be shown, and I'd DEFINITELY prefer to give 5 than 4. I *highly* recommend you eat here. The food is delicious, the service is great, and the restaurant is usually close to spotless.
