User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI was pleased when I first took my car to get it inspected, then i descided to buy a car from them. I was so happy when I got my new car i wasnt paying much attention to the BIG details. The car that i bought from them wasnt in as great shape as it seemed. I had to spend over $200.00 getting things fixed that got surpassed during their inspections! Also my right speaker was blown out, and the steering wheel needed alignments done thank god that was still covered under the warrenty. To think that I was totally pleased with them to begin with and now i wouldnt reccomend anyone get their car from there!!!
Do not go there if you want to buy a car that will last and will be a good investment for your money!

I told the mechanic it was proably only worth $500 and did not want to do any work on it unless it could be repair for $200 or less. They started to look at it and told me the same error message I got at O'reill's for free and that would cost $81. If I really wanted to know what was wrong with it I would have to pay them more money.
They did not care about my situation or to help me out, all they wanted was to make money at all cost. I will not ever go there again.-

HMH has an awesome service department. Dennis and Ray are always very respectful, courteous, and upbeat. Dennis services my vehicle quickly each time and makes recommendations for other service needs. My vehicle has over 250k miles - mostly in part from HMH keeping it running with their maintenance schedule and recommendations. When I need a new 'used' vehicle next, I will definitely purchase from HMH. Also - I like that they play christian music in the service department ALL day!
