User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe bought a used washer and dryer from this place after they claimed that they had been checked out and worked great. But we got home and the washer would have standing water. We called and they told us how to rig it so it would work-put a close pin were this plastic piece was missing and duck tape it to keep it so the lid would engage that it was shut. Well, we did cuz we couldn't afford to be just out. And it worked most of the time :( But we were truly upset that we were lied to. The man was nice to help with what he could afterwards, but the woman was pissy and didn't even seem like she cared that they screwed us. I would not recommend this place. I'd go somewhere else that has better manners and more courteous to customers and a little more truthful. Good luck!

I know these people and something is very odd about this whole story. First of all after buying several items myself I know that they do have a warranty on everything they sell and we had a problem once and it was taken care of immediately and they also apologized that there was a problem. I do not feel like that story describes ANY experience I have had with them!
I am a landlord and have been buying from this company for serveral years. When I have had a problem the appliance was exchanged, immediately, with NO problem. I have even repurchased an appliance after it was repaired. Excellent sales and service.
