The place seems dirty. Most of the staff I have encountered are unfriendly to say the least - that is if you can ever find them. Slow getting a waitress to take your order, they are non-existent while you are eating (forget a refill on that iced tea), quick to give the bill even if you are not finished, then good luck finding someone to man the cash register.
Food isn't bad, but would prefer take out over dealing with the 'atmosphere'. Oh, one minor issue with that, they don't provide take out menus. You get the choice of ordering the only thing you can remember from the menu OR you can order in person and then take it home. Doesn't that partly defeat the purpose of take-out?
Their location is the only thing keeping them in business. -

Catricks' has great food, just like home only I don't have to cook, great service and their new seating addition is very very nice! Love that you can pay in the non-smoking side as well now. Miss them on Saturday evenings when they are closed.
