    Just received a change in my bank of America card. Which I have a balance of 115.00 as of February they will be adding a 59.00 fee. I pay on time, do not go over my balance. And they are now charging me a fee. If I discontinue this card it will go against my credit rating, but do not want to pay this fee. I have done nothing to warrant this.

    Great Customer Service: The banking reps at this location are GREAT! Very friendly and really help you explore your options for what kinds of accounts you need!
