User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsYes I live in the area and have been to that location no one on the east side of the street came to help me and seen me when I drove up. I got out of the car and went to look at cars, was there for over 30 mins and not one salesperson who was looking at me off and on came out to see if I need help. On the west side of the street I had a sales men ask me for a check for a hundred dollars after test driving a car. He said this would prove that I wanted the car. The payments were higher then they ones they advertised. So I said no they ran my credit 6 or 7 times so my credit score would be so low I could not get a good deal if I tried. A lot of them are doing that I think they need to be reported to the BBB. That should not be allowed.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsLets see the salesman Don Krueger took us on the test drive and then proceeded to launch onto Noland and took the car to 70 miles an hour on Noland Rd! Pulled into a dead end and did a donut while driving reckless. Then when we get back I was asked to give him "$100 or whatever I had on me to show the sales manager I'm serious?" I had already purchased a car here years before, I didn't see this as a need? Then when I explained it was just a visit to compare two vehicles and that the price maybe good but I still was going to view the other car. He said I was "playing games" and made a aggressive pointing gesture towards me and my girlfriend. I was then confronted outside by the sales manager in a confused manner. I honestly didn't have the patience or temperment to explain the most horrible sales experience I have ever been a part of.

Had the same problem with this dealership, was told my car was in need of service made arrangements on the phone, after i arrive to pick up the loaner car was told they did not have one, these people are prejudiced and any minority planning to purchase from Champion Chrysler is in for trouble for that matter have White friends that did not fair to much better, Cars over-priced, mine came from car rental company and they sold it as if new, i do not see how they they in business, Odessa, Lee's Summitt, anywhere but these people, and have very good friend who had same simular problem, Bad news folks, bad news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Well that doesn't surprise me any. I know the owner and also knew his mother, may she rest in peace. He is a cheat....I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from them!!! Don't go back!!!
