I don't know if maybe I just got the best salesman in the place or what, but I had a great experience here. My boyfriend and I actually each ended up buying a car that day. They worked really hard to get our payments where we wanted them. They even ordered us lunch since we were there for so long. I can't find one thing to complain about from my experience and my boyfriend agrees. My salesman was Carlos Vides. If you're in doubt because of the other reviews, then I'd say ask for him.
Ridiculous service and salesmen. I drove a long distance to purchase my truck at this dealership only to receive the absolute worst customer service in my life. I bought a very expensive vehicle and immediately after signing the papers nobody cared about the hard-earned $44K I just gave them. Bad salesman and the worst service department I've ever dealt with
I bought my first car here a few years ago because they were the only dealer that had my exact car locally. They were okay because I didn't have to bargain since my dad works for GM so we got a flat rate with no hassle. However, when they called me to the back to sign papers without my dad present, they ended up handing me off to a different salesman who talked me into an extended warranty for an additional $2,500. It is supposed to cover everything, but now that my car needs service... it covers absolutely nothing! They don't tell you about this little section at the end of your plan that covers all exclusions and basically keeps them from having to pay for anything that you originally thought was covered. Another instance of them specifically taking advantage of a young female. And the last time I actually had them work on my car, they said they fixed a problem which they never did. They basically "band-aided" the issue and never even documented that I had brought it in so I'm screwed there now too! Thanks a lot! Never go there!!!
