User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTHIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! Went there at lunch and the food was dried out and had no flavor. They have a lot of variety and i think this lead to their downfall. They can't keep up with maintaining all the items on the buffet. And their buffet to go charges by the pound. I'l stick with my little Chinese place right here in Higginsville.

I don't plan to ever go back. They need to change the food on the buffet more often. Dried out sometimes. The last time I was there, the waitress was very rude, demanding that I pay before I was ready. I don't think they are very friendly there. Try New China. Much better service.

Yeah, New China is fine if you want to eat with unwashed rednecks! Take a look around at the white trash that eats there, and you will never want to again. ALso, the head waitress at New China is rude, and picks up three or four glasses at the same time from different tables to get refills, then mixes them up and takes the wrong glasses to the wrong tables! YUCK! When I questioned her about it she told me she never makes mistakes and did not mix them up. I will never go back there. By the way, try going to King's Chef sometime during the lunch and dinner hours, and not at some odd time like 2:30pm. The food will be fresh.
Secondly---drive by the side door( east side of building) and you will notice they always leave it open ALL the time, and the kitchen is directly inside. I have seen mice and bugs going in that door, as well as trash and debris blowing in. I am surprized that the health dept. hasn't closed that place down yet!
By the way- King's Chef has been voted in the top 100 restaurants in America! Would love to see them put New China out of business and send those clowns back to Cambodia!
You sound like a bigoted idiot. I have eaten there at lunch time and dinner time, and have still seen dried out food. I notice you didn't say anything about their rudeness. If I can't have good service, then I don't care to eat at the establishment.
