User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsReally overpriced used vehicles. Lied (said is was a mistake) about blue book value and then when we called them on it, wouldn't come down to the highest blue book value. They are fishing for suckers here.

I called to get a quote for replacing my thermostat and topping off coolant for I did not have the time to do it. A service writer named Joe told me it would be around the $385.00 range, give or take $20. I told him to wait in making the appointment. I called advanced auto parts, the thermostat was $12 and a gallon of coolant was $13. I called back just to make sure we were on the same page about the work needed. Sure enough, they wanted almost $400 to replace my thermostat. It took me 15 minutes to replace it and about $25. No wonder GM is going to hell, just keep raping people like that.

I CALLED FOR A QUATE AND THEY TOLD ME ONE NUMBER. 425 WOULD BE THE MAX FOR THE BLOWER MOTER AND LABOR. I AM IN A CONFERENCE AND THEY WILL CALL YOUR HOME NUMBER TO TRY AND GET A HOLD OF YOUR WIFE AND TELL HER ALL THESE OTHER THINGS NEED TO BE REPLACED WITH THE MOTOR AS WELL. TOTAL BILL JUST TO REPLACE BLOWER MOTOR. $547.23. CALLED CHRISTIAN BROTHERS JUST A COUPLE BLOCKS AWAY 221,80 PARTS AND LABOR. SO OVER 325 DOLLARS DIFFERENCE.
