User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI would have to say that the location at the city Market in Kansas City is the absolute worst experience I have ever had in dining out. I thought the place and environment was somewhere I would go, but the service was just horrible. I met a group of friends to dine in and our waitress came every 20minutes to check in on us. Secondly, we asked her several times for knapkins, boxes, drink, etc. the list goes on and she never could bring it the first time, and of course the wait until we actually got it was horrible. Another giant issue is the payment process. The server had our credit cards a good 15minutes until we actually received a sign sheet. I will be checking my account several times in the next couple days because I am not sure what they were doing with mine and other guests cards. This is not the way that any place should conduct business. Also, when we were leaving the manager was peeking through a door at us and made a remark, what is your problems to our entire table. We know that this service will continue to happen because we had a gratuity for 7 people and a child. The amount we left was 15%, but the waitress deserved only a couple bucks at best. I would be very disappointed if management didnt approach the way this store was being ran. I would go there if service got better, but I will never visit another minskys until something is communicated back to me that there was a change to how that place is ran. By the way, this is the first issue I have ever been so disquisted at that I felt I had to write a review to you. Please contact me or get something fixed. Absolute poor poor service. I dont think that any place can afford to do business right now with that service. I hope to get some sort of response from someone about this issue.

This location is TERRIBLE!!! Miley, who answers the phone, was so incredibly rude it's not even funny. Then when i asked for a mgr, the owner was even worse, saying i was tieing up his time on such a small order for a few people! Wow! I'll never eat there again!

Minsky's has fantastic pizza and their calzone's always look like they would for an advertisement phote, they are great!
