User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have been taking my truck and car to be serviced there for about 3 years. I had the oil changed recently, and then drove the truck for about a week afterwords before parking it for 3 weeks while traveling. I go home to find an oil spot under the truck. Took the truck in later that day, there was no courtesy transportation back home. The next day they called me to tell me that the oil filter had NOT been tightened during the oil change and to also tell me that while the truck was up, that they recommended another $600 in repairs.
I have driven GM products all of my life, so not only have I lost my trust of the dealership, I have lost my trust in GM.-

LAST WEEK I HAD MY CORVETTE IN FOR SERVICE, AND ALL EXPECTITATIONS WERE SURPASSED, MY CAR WAS SERVICED, WASHED, AND DELIVERED BACK TO ME IN A TIMLEY MANNER, WILL RETURN FOR SERVICE, AND ALSO TO PURCHASE MY WIFES NEXT VEHICLE, GREAT JOB SERVICE TEAM

Best dealership experience I've encountered, Van offers all services from service to sales, parts and body shop all in one location making all vehicle needs very convenient. Would definately recommend Van, they have always went above and beyond to address all needs when I have been to their location.
