Everyone that took care of me at the front desk was EXTREMELY NICE and VERY HELPFUL. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in...There is only one thing I strongly suggest avoiding and that is to saty away from the restaurant Kabuki..i is not part of hotel but is part of Crown Center...SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!!!

It has Great Courteous & Professional Staff, Plenty Amenities, GreatFood, & Prime Location!
It was built in 1973. It is located in downtown Kansas City,Missouri.
The hotel is close to the Country Club Plaza. Another fine tourist spot.
The famous Union Staion is very close to the hotel. (Amtrak Train Station)
Westin Crown Center has over 700 rooms.
It has a unique glass elevator on the outside of building. You can see all over the area from the elevator.
The rooms start at $105 per night and up.

User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsAlmost a good stay: The room and bedding was great. It's a very nice hotel, but the parking charge is pretty ridiculous. I tried to dispute the charge and the supervisor working at the time told me that since I was not a loyal Westin customer that he could not help me out. I tried my best to be civil and logical in explaining that it was a hidden charge, and he became rude with me. If you book through a discounter like Priceline or Expedia, then be prepared to be treated as a second class guest. It just really left a bad taste in my mouth in the way he talked to me, and I know now where my loyalty will not be.
