I CALLED WANTING TO DO A FASHION SHOW WITH THEM THINKING THAT THEIR CLOTHING WOULD BE A WONDERFUL ADDITION TO THE SHOW...AND THEY TOLD ME NO, AS SOON AS I TOLD THEM THE TITLE OF THE SHOW!I BELIEVE THAT IS DISCRIMATION!!! I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO USE MICHEALS IN A FASHION SHOW, BUT WILL NEVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICE.

My husband was at a loss when he couldn't find a suit off the rack at a big and tall store. They directed us to Michael's and the staff took care of us courteously, quickly and to our satisfaction. The suit is fine quality and they did an excellent job of tailoring it for him. They helped him pick a tie and suspenders to complete his ensemble. The finest service in KC!
We will never go anywhere else! -
