    Before I get started, I'm a huge Honda/Acura fan and love the fun driving experience and high revving engines that the vehicles offer. My girlfriend purchased a vehicle from Jay Wolfe Acura in June 2008. To make a long story short, we've been trying to get the financing on the vehicle fixed for over a month. The paperwork was messed up from the day she bought the car. The difference between her trade offer and the amount she owed on her trade was $1,100. This money was supposed to be used for the sales tax on the vehicle. Instead, the money was used as a down payment on the car. Normally, all this would be, is a change in paperwork and some new signatures. It's turned into a drawn out month long ordeal however. We've been back to the dealership twice since the purchase of the car and nothing has been resolved. Between the two of us, we must have called 20-30 times so far, to get the money straightened out with the financing department. We've left several messages and calls have not been returned for over a week, if at all. The dealership has advised us incorrectly several times thus far and has helped us very little since they made their sale. They’ve exerted very little effort to help us or to resolve the problem that was initially their paperwork error. They have however, been eager and willing to give various excuses and point fingers in other directions, to place blame on someone else instead of accepting responsibility. The integrity and professionalism of some of their employees is in definite question. We've decided to forget about the sales tax and just pay out of pocket at this point. The professionalism and customer service have been very poor for us for this entire experience. To make matters worse, the salesman who sold us the car is no longer employed by the dealership. This may be a coincidence, however I believe it not to be. I would not recommend the dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle! If there was an opportunity to give a zero star rating, I would! If you're interested in an Acura, I would suggest going to Superior Acura instead. My past experiences with Superior have been great thus far. Their name says it all in this case! If you do decide to finance a vehicle from Jay Wolfe Acura, make certain everything is in order with the paperwork before you leave. Hopefully this will prevent someone else from having to go through the “teeth pulling” that we have.

    I have purchased a TSX from Jay Wolfe (sales rep Tanner) and could not be more satisfied. Getting my car serviced is beyond easy and everyone there treats me like a queen. I never thought I would love my car as much as I do, and I never thought buying a car from a dealer would be as wonderful as buying from Jay Wolfe Acura.

    I've been purchasing cars @ Jay Wolfe Acura since December 1996(a white Integra). I've always had my cars maintained by the shop & have been totally satisfied. The members of the service department know their stuff & are friendly & professional.
