User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsCustomer service from the time you walk in from the time you check out was terrible...Food was overpriced for just being average. Missing upscale service....overflowing with snooty attitudes Don't waste your money.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHorrible Service: We made reservations for 3 people at 8:00pm. We were seated promptly and the waitress took our drink order. Ten minutes later, we received our drinks. Dinner went good, but paying our bill was quite the hassle. She brought us our bill and we were paying with credit cards. It took her at least 15 minutes to run our cards.
THE WORST things about our visit was that our waitress called us at 1:30 a.m.!!! She got our number from the reservation we made. She said that a picture on the wall was missing and asked if we knew where it was. Are you serious? We left before 10 p.m. and had been sleeping for an hour - you woke us up to accuse us of taking a picture off your wall!?!? Never will I go back nor do I reccommend anyone else.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsJardine's!!!: I visited Jardine's for the first time last night. A friend invited me to hear Angela Hagenbach. What a voice! She performed original tunes as well as some old jazz classics. I will definitely be going back to hear her. The dinner menu at Jardines' looks great but we ate before we came. We did try some wings from the appetizer menu. They were great. So was my "white russian" from the bar.Next visit I will come hungry and try something from the dinner menu.
