User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWhat has happened to the delicious PF Chang? We ate there last night and it was very poor, the food was cold, the presentation was not acceptable. We were not given plates for our entrees, we had to use the appetizer plates as we could not get our waiters attention. I had almond, cashew chicken and it was chicken floating in a sauce looked very unappealing and my guest had Chicken Lo mein and she did not eat it, she said it was not the quality she had before. How embarrassing to take someone to dinner and it be so discusting. A big expense down the drain. I was sick last night and do not feel so good today, wonder if the low temp of the food caused a problem with anyone else. You did not seem as busy as you usually are, wonder if it is because you are not keeping up your quality.

Wow I was greatly dissappointed in there food, La choy would have been better! I do have one possitve thing to say I did complain about my food and our server was quick to take care of the problem and had a manager come to our table, so I think customer service was a plus

Omg! My husband and I went there last night, and I haven't been there in like 2 years. I used to ALWAYS go there with my friends, and we ALWAYS ordered the chicken lo mein, and it used to be DELICIOUS! Last night, after 2 years of not going there, I ordered the chicken lo mein and it did NOT taste or even look the same as before! It had a strange taste. The noodles used to be darker before, which tasted better. Now they almost look bright orange. I don't know. I was really disappointed.
