User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis place has got to be one of my favorites in KC. The staff is great, the food is real good and the margaritas are the best anywhere on the planet. Whenever we have out of town guests, we take them to Ponaks.

Ponak's is excellent in so many ways. Margaritas are the best hands down in KC. Queso,tacos,pork burritos and Chile Rejano with mexican chili are all my favorite dishes. Im taking a friend thats never been tonight,I cant wait to introduce her to one the coolest places to dine in KC.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsVery overrated. I've lived in KC my whole life and never enjoyed this place after being there multiple times. The salsa tastes like marinara sauce and the food is average at best. Service is more on the rude side as to friendly. Definitely some strong margaritas though, have to give them credit on that.
