I was so disappointed with our last visit. I made a reservation specifically so that we could sit in the basement and listen to the live jazz while we ate - I even adjusted the time to ensure this happened based on the recommendation of the person taking my reservation. When we arrived, we were told that they could not accommodate our request - they had a private party booked in the basement. Evidently this happened after I made my reservation, but no one called. The service and the meal's quality has declined.
This place used to be the very best. It has changed.
The ambience and service are still there but the top flight steaks have flown.
The experience was awfull! Took my date there hoping to impress her but that was not the case. I had an hour wait with a reservation, the seating was bad and the staff worse. (the waiter called my date babe while taking her order) If you are going to spend the money go to mortons( a much better experience ). or save the money and go to outback, the service is about the same. This place has obviously gone downhill from what i have been told.
