Seemed like nice people at first, until we found out that the sales associate messed up our deal in a major way, to the tune of a thousand dollars. The salesman lead us to believe that the final loan value that we would be taking out through them was including tax, like we agreed upon AFTER he asked us if we wanted the tax amount figured into the loan. So we signed papers with the agreed upon number, and then come to find out that they DID NOT INCLUDE THE TAX IN OUR LOAN like offered and agreed upon. The car is now costing us $1000 more than it was supposed to.
The general manager doesn't believe us, and then begins to insult us, telling us that we just don't under stand??? The manager wouldn't man up to the mistake made by an employee of his, and instead insults us. He would also never look us in the eyes when telling us this. He obviously knew they were at fault, which lead to us purchasing the car....because we wouldn't have if the loan had been a $1000 higher, but because we had signed papers, and were going on the dealership's word, he knew we were screwed.
Apparently their word isn't worth the air needed to sell a car.
Service center is LOCO! Most service centers charge a diagnostics fee if they tell you the issue with your vehicle and you do not get it fixed there. These crazies charge diagnostics fees even if you do have them do the work. During these difficult economic times SCREWING people is not the way to keep up business. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!
The salesman I dealt with insulted me by what he wanted to offer me for a trade-in. My car was worth $10 000-00 and he offered me $6000-00. I got better offers elsewhere. I think this one may have offered me so low because I am a woman

JOSH, IN TODAY ECONOMIC HARD TIMES IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU GET THE REPAIR FIXED THE FIRST TIME. IF DIAGNOSING A PROBLEM IS SOMETHING THAT IS LOCATING THE PROBLEM BUT NOT ACTUALLY DOING THE REPAIR THEN YOU SHOULD BE CHARGED A SEPARATE CHARGE. SOME TIMES THIS IS A TOTALING DIFFERENT PROCESS THAN THE ACTUAL REPAIR. IF THE TIME IS OVERLAPPING THEN THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGE. EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO THE OPINION & SOME SHOULD TRY WORKING ON THEIR OWN VEHICLE SOMETIMES JUST TO GET AN IDEA OF WHAT IT TAKES TO BE THAT PERSON.
Josh, apparently you can't assume anything with this dealership. I wouldn't be surprised if you were told that the fee would be removed if you had the work done there, and then got charged for it anyways.
