    Could it really be this good??: I tried to leave The Penniston Agency for Travelers Insurance and got burned badly on my home and auto insurance. The agent for Travelers didn't file my documentation to even have insurance for a month after I closed, so I sat that long unprotected. They never sent me docs to even begin auto insurance, yet charged for both home and auto policies anyway. It's been about 3 mo.s since I've been in my home and I'm still fighting with them about the auto coverage, though the home was settled. I went right back to Bill and he met me at my job 35 min.s out of his way to get me squared away. Thanks Bill.
