About:Established in 1954 by the Cascone family, who still own and operate what are now three locations, this restaurant offers a full dinner menu and a cocktail lounge. Etched glass windows at this location create a cozy atmosphere and give diners privacy. The service is excellent. The restaurant offers a full array of appetizing pasta dishes. Although a popular place for intimate gatherings and business luncheons, it is also a place where families feel at home.

    Best in KC: My favorite Italian restaurant in KC since I was 5 years old. If you go you must try the Italian Nachos and the Italian Flag is a nice combo choice.

    All Around Great Restaurant: I was just introduced to Cascone's and must say, it has become my favorite restuarant in KC. It has become a must any time I visit.

    Not enough bang for the buck: Great service, the menu looks good, but doesn't always taste as good as it sounds. the sauce is a bit watery. I don't recommend any whites sauce or alfredo.
