I joined this community center ONLY because they offered child care as a membership benefit. (Many gyms do and this gym was the closest to me). I checked it out and decided that the child care center looked clean, was spacious, and even had a gated little section where the kids could be taken outside with staff. I went with my child for 2 visits before leaving him on his own. The staff are not very friendly- certainly not people I would say that truly enjoy working with children. There is NO interaction at all, they simply sit in chairs and talk to one another or watch TV. If it is this way when I'm there- how will it be when I'm gone? Needless to say- I haven't been back to leave him on his own without me. I won't be renewing my membership either.
