Lied to my face and then denied it.
The finance manager and sales associate i worked with (Tony Schuff and Mike leonard) both said they work off referrals and that any referral i bring in to look at a car (mind you, i even asked if they had to buy one and they said no) would result in me getting a car payment paid (up to a maximum of $500 they said).
So i've been asking my friends over and over all year long until i finally found a friend who wants a car and brought him in. They couldn't close the deal so they refuse to pay me the referral.
They say that's their policy, which it is and I know that "now", but when they lied to my face they broke my trust.
I will never ever give them any more of my money nor any of my friends' business. I recommend everyone stay away from State Line Nissan, especially Mike Leonard.
Chris Brown is an Advisor at the State line Location and he treated me with respect and didn't take advantage of me because I'm a woman. Sometimes its difficult to put your trust in a mechanic because many of them know that women aren't to savvy when it comes to automobiles. This is my 4th Nissan and when it comes time to make another purchase, I will go to this location, although I was considering the new Nissan Dealership in Lee's Summit. Nissan overall gets a big thumbs up. Nissan also helped me out when Tires Plus drained my pocket for unnecessary repairs. I'll never go back to Tires Plus. I'll spend the extra to get the job right the first time. Thanks again.
Our cute little Nissan that we bought did not pass MO inspections, we faxed over the report and went back to the dealership in person to see what they would do for us...the manager himself told us they would fix three things that the car needed. We also called to confirm before taking it to their shop and was assured that it would all be taken care of on them. It was not. ONE of the three things (the cheapest part) was fixed...just enough to pass. I would not do business with them again. Save your money, time and energy for someone else. Good salesman...that was my favorite part besides our cool car, he personally called us a week later with the exact specifications we were looking for when the car came in. The car is good, just didn't get what was promised and had the truth stretched quit a bit to get a sale...oh well.
