    I cannot speak highly enough of John Willoughby- he made our mortgage as painless as possible in this time of difficult mortgages! He handled everything in a timely and professional manner, and never left me wondering what was happening.
    We are self-employed, and John worked tirelessly to document our situation properly. When I was worried, he was reassuring, but always honest about the issues to be handled. I would recommend him to anyone needing help in today's new mortgage market.
