    Ted and Russell have done my car excellent service. The hateful posts stating otherwise appears to me to be someone trying to manipulate these reviews.. Typically a competitor. Northtown Auto Service did not receive The Pitch 2009 Best auto repair in Kansas City for no reason. Over 35yrs in business is what sealed the deal for me. They followed up by doing the work exactly as stated. They are few of the trustworthy people left in the auto repair business.

    I will not EVER return to Northtown Auto / Kincade Tire for ANY reason... not even to get the air checked in my tires... Completing unauthorized work and passing it off as a 'miscommunication'.. then NOT offering to make it right... DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE Russell is the person we dealt with.

    I will never go to this business again. I asked them to flush my AC and recharge it and do the recommended Transmission service and that is what I thought they had done. When it got warm I turned my AC on and it blew hot air, which it was not doing before. I called them and got the receipt out and they had flushed the radiator and added new coolant. They didn't even touch the AC system. A bunch of crooks.
