TO: DONT GO BACK: I would first like to say that I work at that Ice Cream place. I was the person that served him his WAFFLE BOWL PLAIN WITH CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES.... LET ME TELL YOU PEOPLE HOW THIS WENT DOWN! In our drive through there is another way that you can go that will just take you around the the San Jose Mexican place this is were this man parked... THAT IS NOT OUR DRIVE THORUGH. SO THERE FOR WE DIDN'T HEAR HIM OR WAIT ON HIM... HE THEN CAME IN WHILE WE HAD CUSTOMERS EATING THE GREAT LUNCH THAT WE SERVED IN THE LOBBY AND YELLED AND STOMPED OUT LIKE HE WAS A BABY NOT GETTING WHAT HE WANTED AT THAT TIME! GO TO THE RIGHT DRIVE THROUGH AND WE WILL BE MORE THEN HAPPY TO GET YOU WHATEVER IT IS THAT YOU MAY ORDER IN THE FASTEST TIME THAT WE CAN! :) He then came back hours later and ordered what he wanted... well there was 2 others that could hear what he ordered so i knew that I had the order right he just wanted to cause trouble and try to put me in a bad mood..... Well I'm sorry that you were not happy with us but just because you have a bad day or whatever it may be dont take it out on someone who is willing to get you your order and greets you with a big smile! I would like to also say that we have tons of customers that come everyday and get something... SOOO WE MUST BE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT FOR THEN TO KEEP COMING BACK! I LOVE MY JOB AND THE PEOPLE THAT I WORK WITH AND FOR........ AND WHEN PEOPLE PUT THEM DOWN THEY ARE DOING IT TO ME TOO..... IF YOUR NOT HAPPY WITH DRIVE THROUGH THEN COME ON IN WE WILL BE HAPPY TO GET YOU YOUR FOOD!

TO ALL THOSE WHO LOVE ICE CREAM COME ON IN WITH YOUR KIDS! WE WOULD LOOOOOOOOVE TO SEE YA!
