I adopted two dogs from the shiba inu rescue. Both had health issues. Dr Lyle performed knee surgery on both knees of one of the dogs. I have had to call the doctor on Sunday and in the evening several times and he listened patiently and offered advice on my dogs. I was told if the condition did not improve in the next several hours to call him back and he would meet me at the hospital. I have been very pleased with the care and service from the entire staff for the past three years and would recommend the clinic to everyone with a pet.

I would have to say heartless,I called to get some information and help regarding this cat I was feeding in our neighborhood and apparently she was pregnant and I wanted to know who I could call to get her some help because she was bleeding and her placenta was hanging out of her, the receptionist cut me off and told me to take her to animal control and have her uthinized....Cold Hearted, didn't even care. I'm sorry, but if someone cares and loves animals, they would help all animals regardless. That's all I got to say.

After reading many of the following reviews regarding Crest Animal Hospital I have to say that some of these people may have embellished on their negative experiences here. I have been taking my pet to this clinic for 2 years now and have had the most amazing results! When it comes to picking vets I am very critical because I worked at a vet’s office for eight years. After meeting Dr. Lyle I realized that he is one of the most intelligent, warm-hearted, and caring veterinarians I have ever known. He treats every single animal and owner with sincere love. When I first met him I had an emergency with my cat that required him to come meet me in the middle of the night. He was so caring and gentle with her treatment that I could hardly believe it. He continued to monitor her and even identified an illness that 6 other vets had overlooked! He also did a bladder stone removal surgery that usually would leave a cat in recovery for weeks, but his incisions were so little and the surgery so precisely done that she recovered in about a week! He also worked with me on her diet, exercise, and weight loss. My eight year old cat now has the energy and fun loving spirit of a kitten!. It took me ten years to find a vet that is this intelligent and caring. There is no one else in the US that I would ever entrust my pets to from here on out!
