    I agree with the last reviewer. The best haircut ever. I have been having my haircut cut by Val since I was a child 30 years ago. I now live in Texas but I wait until I am in St. Joe. to get my haircut.

    Best of the best: Val Riggs (owner) has been cutting my hair for 45 yrs. How good is he? For the last 22 yrs I have been driving over 40 miles, from Kansas City to St Joseph to get a haircut. Haircuts are by appointment only, so there is no waiting. Second barber will handle walkins who have no appointment.
