I made the mistake of visiting the salon at this Wal-Mart a few months ago. I was appalled at the stylist's topic of conversation. She began talking about her son who was in the military and stationed in California, and that California is full of gays and other sinners. She went on to say that it would be fine with her if California did fall off into the ocean and take all of its sinners with it, as long as her son was back home before it happened.

I felt captive in her chair for 30 minutes or so as she went on and on about "the sins of the gays." This also took place in front of my six year old daughter.

Having lived in this area for almost two years, I have not found the attitude of most people to be like this woman's, even though she obviously thinks everyone shares her views. This is another prime example of how people who claim to be Christians misuse religion to make themselves feel superior.

I contacted the salon corporate office and received no response. SHAME ON YOU!!

Best Walmart around! They may be smaller that 15th St., but the employees are always polite, helpful and friendly! The pharmacy is the best! Nothing gets by them --VERY accurate, they are fast even when swamped with customers, and they go out of their way to help you even when you can tell they are really busy. I can't say that of the 15th St. pharmacy -- they are VERY rude there and would never help me find anything or answer questions. By far the best in customer service --Webb City rocks!
