About:This is the quintessential 'Small Town' type cafe with American/Country style cuisine. The specialty is Barbeque featuring award-winning sauces. We have steaks (cut in house), ribs (both beef and pork), brisket, pork shoulder, ham, turkey, and sausage. There is a breakfast buffet featuring carved; smoked brisket and pork in the evening on Saturdays. We also have a buffet with carved roast beef, ham, and fried chicken on Sundays. This Easter we will have a breakfast bar with omelettes made to order out on the buffet.

    Car show!!!!!!: For any one who likes old aubreys, they will be catering the food for the 2nd annual Big O tires "Rides that shine" car show at Big O Tires in Louisburg , KS this coming Saturday from 1 to 3. Come out and enjoy food, dragster burnouts, and rock crawlers going over junk cars. Any car, truck, ect. can register at the event for $10.00. Come on out and have a roarin good time!!!!!!

    Scratch Cooking: The food was fantastic! They make "scratch" food still. We had the bbq buffet that they have on Saturday night, the meat was carved right onto my plate...They bread their own onion rings and tenderloins too.
