About:	This is the quintessential 'Small Town' type cafe with American/Country style cuisine. The specialty is Barbeque featuring award-winning sauces. We have steaks (cut in house), ribs (both beef and pork), brisket, pork shoulder, ham, turkey, and sausage. There is a breakfast buffet featuring carved; smoked brisket and pork in the evening on Saturdays. We also have a buffet with carved roast beef, ham, and fried chicken on Sundays. This Easter we will have a breakfast bar with omelettes made to order out on the buffet.
