great place, been there two times and both times the people working there were very nice and doing what they are paid to do.
I am torn in writing this review... though years ago st johns treated me and saved my life and i am thankful, as of late they allow there doctors to be abusive to there patients. I was abused by dr kauffman and they didnt do anythign about it when i filed out a report. so they get a 3 star
My son has been to this ER several times while he was an avid skateboarder. The only bad visit was with a broken arm and the doctor put an adult size brace on my (then) 12yr old son. We had words and the doctor refused to see my son again. Best thing for US! BUT.... otherwise the ER was a good experience for the situations. From simple stitches, to concussions, dislocated ankle and messed up knees... I would recommend this ER.
