User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsUpset: My husband and I were in Ryan's last night. The food was cold. The manager held the piece of grilled ham we had and found out that it hadn't even been cooked. He went and got us some that was cooked---the mashed potatoes were cold--besides other food.
My husband and I have visited several times and only twice has the food been hot. Now my husband said that we definatly are not going back.
