User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsReceptionist extremely rude. I mentioned that I worked for a product company on the phone when introducing myself, and she immediately said, no thanks and hung up on me. I called back to tell her that I had actually wanted to buy a gift certificate for my mother-in-law but that I couldn't believe she hung up on me, and she hung up on me again! Even if Susan and Susan are exceptional stylists, who cares when there staff is so unprofessional and rude. It is a reflection of their business. I would never send my mother-in-law to a place where she might be treated badly.

I wont be going back, was not a good experience. I felt rushed, and unwelcome. The receptionist was very rude to me. The only thing they may have going for them is the hair that comes out of there.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsCan't wait to go back: My mother recommended S & S - Susan did a presenttion at Heritage Village and she loved her. My Mother started going after that and told me to try it since I wasn't happy with my hairstylist. Glad I followed her advice; my hair looks great and I now have a new stylist.

I found the receptionist kind of rude too, back when I went there to the school . the younger susan is really nice , though !
