User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI had been a loyal customer to FC Grace for many years. My last visit, I bought a bedroom set and as we were loading it they informed me that the rails to the bed were gone and they would have it in a week. With no previous problems I didn't mind. However, they never got me the rails. I have a head and foot board that I cannot use. They refused to fix the problem because as they said, "We get our furniture from auctions and if they don't have anymore we cannot do anything about it." They did not reimburse me for the useless bed or allow me to return it. They did not offer a discount for me to continue my loyalty to them as a customer. They said there was nothing to could do for me. Not even an apology. So please beware if they don't have it at the store do not pay for it and do not accept a partial order. There is a large chance that you will never receive the rest of it.

I hadn't been to this store in 10 years. I had been looking for the "perfect couch" for what seemed like forever. They had the one, and it was over $800 less and the same set a another store. I took a few friends to help me with the furniture, and they saw the prices and that is where they are shopping now. So if you want name brand, quality furniture this is worth the drive. This store beats the furniture marts hands down.

Good quality furniture, appliances, flooring, etc for a great price. Very nice associates and very helpful as well. We bought our bedroom set there and just love it! We will definitely be back for our next furniture purchase!
