Bad service: I called made arrangements to bring car in to have front windshield replaced at noon on July 6th and said I would wait for it. Only one person was working that day. After an hour & half on July 6th the person working had hardly started. We both agreed that it would better to come back the following Thursday when his boss would be there & I could drop the car off & pick up later. The following Thursday, July 13th, my daughter followed me to Anderson from Sulphur Springs all to see a closed signed. The person that I had made the arrangements with had not called to say they would be closed so I wasted my time & my daughters time to bring my car in. My daughter only has one day a week off. Then today the person calls to remind me about the car. I told him that I had brought it in last Thusday and I would not be bringing it back again. I had already made two trips and wasted gasoline which is not cheap. I was not happy with the person that I dealt with ability or service.
