User Rating: 2 out of 5 starswe live in Carthage,so have had the chance to go to sirloin stockade many different times...some of the food is not worth the plate it goes on,gravy is not real gravy,probably corn starch,the fried chicken is dry and the pieces are so very small...salad bar is good, hot bar is the same all the time.for the price, its not worth it.....Golden Correl in Joplin is the absolute best!!!
