    no personal touch: I was just a number! I was charged for insurance when I had no lap in my insurance, and then was I told it was fixed and six months later recived a letter saying that I was being forclosed on because I was 3 months behind, I was only 3 months behind because they was taking my payment to pay for the insurance.
