Excellent Service for Non-Local Customer: A few months ago our company Van needed a master cylinder. Being out of state contractors we are always at the mercy of local auto repair centers when we break down. Our goal is to get in, get out, get it cheap. The Joplin Firestone on Range Line Road got us in, got us a quote, and was ready to get us on our way. We insisted that we would provide the parts(to save money). When our parts failed to arrive, the personnel at Joplin Firestone were patient and assured us they would have us on our way whenever the parts arrived. A week later when our parts finally arrived, Firestone got to it and as promised had us on our way. When we received the bill were were shocked. The cost was more reasonable than anything we have ever received for the same work here in Dallas. Many thanks to the good folks at Joplin Firestone. Mike
