We stopped in 03/22/09 6p.m. to grab a fish and chicken value meal and a 2 blizzards. The normal drive through girl with braces was there so I thought she had our order correct. Once we arrived home we had an incorrect sandwich, and BOTH WERE MICROWAVED TO HELL by someone in the kitchen. We've never had this type of service here, just a left off blizzard last year. We don't plan on spening any more money here since it's okay with management to feed people OLD SOGGY MICROWAVED SANDWICHES. Once the lettuce on a sandwich is brown and beyond slimy it's time to give it to the dogs outside their restaurant...NOT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! They could also use some gloves to make our food...Gross
Horrible service!!!: I ordered french fries and about 5 people behind me received their order. I asked the cashier if when I would receive my order and in the rudest possible manner said "Can you hold on" and rolled her eyes at me. All I was thinking was .. What the Fudge. . so when she handed me my cold fries I snatched it from her and she said "Do we have a problem?" I said yeah I did have a problem. It shouldn't take any more than 5 minutes to receive fries especially from a fast food establishment and that her attitude was horrible. When I came home I called the store to speak to the manager and a guy named Adam told me the manager had already left. I then asked to speak to the assistant manager, which he claimed to be, so I explained the situation. To my astonishment HE DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE. This establishment could obviously care less about customer satisfaction. If you donât want to put up with this type of mistreatment I suggest you go to the DQ on Forum Blvd. Theyâre always friendly, attentive, and prompt. . . which I expect any place I hand over my money to be.

I disagree The gentleman at the Business Loop store have always been kind and helpful whereas the crew at the Forum store are usually very rude that's if they even notice that I'm standing there waiting to have my order taken.
