User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOur unfortunate experience with Senor Peppers in Camdenton, MO was at the very least an experience VERY BAD, especially the Manager and also the blatant disconcern of the owner at that time of the circumstances that unfolded. My wife had tried to eat her food, that not only looked NASTY but was tough and the Rice on the plate looked as if it had been sitting for a long time and then nuked in the Microwave along with the K-bobs. My grand daughters a teen ordered a Grilled Cheese Sandwich, which she received was a BIG GLOB OF CHEESE SPOONED ON THE MIDDLE OF THE BREAD AND AN ATTEMPT TO GRILL AS SUCH. NASTY AGAIN.
When we attempted to complain about our dilema, the waitress said the manager would be right there at our table, but did not show but said she would take care of it at the register when we are ready to leave.
We took the two meals up to the counter, by the way the other two meals were consumed even as Salty and over cooked as they were. The Manager comes out the kitchen in a very LOUD VOICE SAID WHAT IS IT YOU WANT! I attempted to explain about the food on the counter and said you ate HALF of it and you must pay for all of it. THAT WAS IT, my wife is a Cook at a Restaurant and complained about the way the food was prepared AND THE MANAGER, VERY BILIGERENT VOICE REPLIED THAT IS THE MARINADE WE USE THAT IT WAS NOT OVERCOOKED. After we paid for the meal which seemed to be the only recourse we had, this Manager shouted YOU MUST LEAVE AND GET OFF THE PREMISES AND FOLLOWED US OUT TO THE SIDEWALK AND THEN SHOUTED AT MY WIFE SHE HAD TO GET OFF THE SIDEWALK IT IS CONSIDERED PART OF THE PREMISES.
Now, after complaing to my Credit Card Company, since we had out a Fork to the food, they would have to reverse my claim and charge back to my card. All I wanted was the Manager ti give half credit on the one meal and full for Grilled Cheese and I would have been satisfied, but not this Manager, who acted like this type of action has been either rehearsed or used many times before our situation, and judging from prior reviews might just be the case. The other thing that bothers me, is the owner allowing her manager to abuse her customer's and standby and let her control her position as if she is weakling and unfit owner of the Restaurant. Needless to say, We will never go back to this Restaurant and will use every effort to pursuede our friends and anyone from going there or at least WARN them of not only the BAD FOOD, BUT THE POOR SERVICE FROM THE MANAGEMENT AND OWNER.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAwful and very very rude !!!: My husband went to take a bite of his food and took a nice bite of hair. He spit it out and the hair fell to the floor. He wasnt going to say anything bedcause stuff happens. The waitress noticed he wasnt eating and asked if something was wrong the food. He stated he had found a hair in his food. She said nicley let her get the manager. The lady that walked to our table said very hatefully whats wrong. He replied I found a hair in my food she said uh where let me see. I made it Cant be a hair from me see I have my hair up So I dont know what to tell you. Very Hateful. Her hair was up with strands hanging down with no hair net. So yes acciednts happen but the rudeness was awful. SO in the end we delt with rude people to pay 10 for his meal that he didnt eat. Who would want to eat a meal they found a hair in. I wouldnt recommend thsi Place to anyone. They should treat customers with respect.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat Food!: We spent a wonderful Saturday in Camdenton. After visiting Ha Ha Tonka in the morning, we were ready for lunch! The service was excellent. You get chips and salsa while waiting for your meal. The food was yum-o! Overall great experience. Thank you!

I understand, read my comment above and believe me this is the same treatment we had at Senor Peppers in Camdenton just recently in September. Maybe it was us, why we did not receive good food or good service. I hope you get a chance to read this, everybody also, because it is dangerous to put out nasty food like we had.
