On 9/11/2008 I entered your LLC Computer Solutions store at 603A Nichols St. in Fulton with the prospect of purchasing a new motherboard.

Upon entering you I was asked, "Can I help you?".

I replied, "No thanks, I'm just looking around."

At which point you stated, "We don't get many windows shoppers around here, I want you to leave."

I then said, "I won't be coming here anymore."

To which you replied, "That's good."

Though I am sure you have your reasons for treating prospective customers in such a manner, I truly cannot think of a reason why any company; large, or started in a three bedroom apartment, would want to. My experience in your store leads me to believe that you place no value on "customer satisfaction" or do not understand the concept.

After relaying my experience to several dozen friends and co-workers it became apparent that perhaps my suspicions were correct. Substantially more than 60 percent of the individuals who reported doing business at your establishment recalled incidents ranging from; you claiming to have replaced parts that were not replaced, to charging for repairs
only to have the individual take the computer home and find that it was not. Ending with you refusing to make good the situation or refund their money. A clear indication that your customers interests are not your concern.

The reactions of those who had not had business dealings with you were relief at finding out before they went to you for help.

After learning what I have I believe it is probably a good thing that I did not make the purchase at your store. I have always prided myself at trying to support local business, especially when the have the good of the community in mind, thank you for making it clear that you do not.
