Gown House

I am not happy with the customer service. It is hard to get an appointment. I don't think they have many workers, so it is hard to get them to schedule you if they have anyone else even close to that time coming in. They often have come off as "rude" to me. They did help get dresses on, but they weren't very supportive or helpful. I would worry about buying a dress from them. I guess I just don't trust them and they didn't seem like they cared if I bought one from them or not.

I went to the Gown House after having a few traumatic experiences with wedding gown shopping. I was pretty nervous, but I felt immediately at ease.

At the Gown House, the sales staff don't hover around while you're looking at the gowns. They give the space you need while making the all-important decision.

When it's time to try the gowns on, they give you all the help you need, but none that you don't. (It's good to have Mom or one friend with you.)

The prices quoted for alterations were hundreds less than other places I'd been to and the seamstress is also the owner, which makes me feel confident that the work will be done correctly.

I would recommend the Gown House to Anyone and Everyone looking for a satisfying gown shopping experience.

Also, I just recently lost my job and they were very flexible with payment plans, as long as the balance was paid before alterations were made.
