What a shock!!! I was dragged kicking and screaming to this place after church, and was very impressed with the quality of the food. Since that time I have gone to Skippy's regularly, and never ever been disappointed. Walleye, shrimp, steak... it doesn't matter - so, this snob put their wine to the test... Merlot, yes, it's very good. I recommend Skippy's - good food for good people - they're not kidding. Thanks to Skip.

We LOVE Skippy's: We've been coming to Skippy's for several years now. The folks there are fabulous and you've not been hugged until you've been hugged by Skip!!! The food is absolutely fabulous (the best fried chicken I've ever had) and the prices are extremely reasonable. Every Friday & Saturday night they have karaoke from 9:00 to close and the atmosphere is friendly and fun-loving. I took my husband there on our first date and every time we go back we are reminded of that special night. If you are in the area, you have to stop in and see the folks at Skippy's. Like the Cheers song, "Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name"....that is Skippy's

skippy's: It's equal parts bar and grill. Good big cheap burgers.
