User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsNice,clean, simple motel, no frills or freebies, the breakfast is only coffee and donuts. I would probably stay here again just because it is so well maintained and cheap, around $46 per night (single queen) tax included (w/ the coupon from their website). It is easy to find (just take the yellow route) but still away from the busy hwy. 76, many restaurants nearby.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe stayed at Twelve Oaks during the off season, so the room rate was unbelievably affordable. The Jacuzzi Room is simple but nice. The staff was wonderful. We never felt anything less than welcome and right at home. I would recommend a stay here for everyone who is looking for a clean comfortable place to soak and sleep.
